Unfortunately I'm stuck in my office at work and can't test this theory... but it has been said on the Playstation boards that I was browsing today after reading the firmware update info (PS3 Firmware update 2.10) that someone discovered that ALL of the downloadable PS1 games (like Twisted Metal and the like) are now accessable via remote play on the PSP (with firmware 3.80)! The RUMOR is that there are some parts built into the new remote play that allow you to play ALL PS1 Original Disc games in your PS3 with remote play also but we at BlueAlien.org have not gotten a chance to test this theory yet.
Read the thread about all this wildness here:
Playstation Board Post Here!
Update: Here is video proof a forum user at the Playstation Board has taken and put on GameTrailers. It appears that this is no longer a myth... PS1 games ARE INDEED playable on the PSP via PS3 Remote Play!

The following is a press release from GameStop's corporate headquarters regarding the shortages of Wii's this holiday season. The idea is that ANYONE AND EVERYONE that reserves a Wii on Friday December 21, 2007 will be guaranteed a Wii by January 25, 2008. Nintendo is working with GameStop to make sure they are able to meet the demand with ample amounts of supply but I worry this time both companies may have bitten off more than they can chew… Regardless of my pessimism it’s a great way to keep kids happy this holiday season and to get Nintendo’s holiday numbers as far in the black as they can be. Now they just have to make good on all those reserves… Read the full press release from GameStop here.
It's not done how you might think... This is very impressive.
The Dreamcast was a great console. It was released on a cool date in the US, 9/9/99, and even though one hasn't been produced since 2001, it still has a devote fan base. Too bad Sega stopped developing consoles... or have they?
WOW and no not World of Warcraft another large merger in the gaming industry is occurring as Activision and Blizzard become one. Before Dynasty Warriors became a phenomenon on the PS2 Koei was better known for their strategy games, such as Operation Europe and Pacific Theater of Operations, as well as roleplaying games such as the Uncharted Waters series.
Assassin's Creed is the first installment of a new trilogy released by Ubisoft's Montreal division. As an member of the assassin's guild you play as Altair, a once high ranking assassin whose own arrogance has resulted in his demotion. With the hype that was built around the game, fans of action, spy, and sandbox games will all be pleasantly surprised by what this game holds.

Check out the following press release... as you know I'm SOOOOO excited about this games release. The street date (to be honest) crept up on us here at BlueAlien.org but hopefully we'll get a review copy in soon and have all the fun details/screenshots/videos that we can. Of course as several of us are avid fans of the series there will probably be plenty of opinion posted here regarding Silent Hill Origins very soon! In the meantime read the press release from Konami here.
